APH has received BCC approval to refurbish and extend the existing office tower at 545 Queen St into a $110 million A-Grade office tower.
The project will transform the building into a modern commercial tower, offering 13,500 square metres of A-grade office space, retail shops and 101 carparks. Construction is due to commence in June 2007, and in late 2008, the new development will deliver flexible and efficient floor plates ranging from 750 sqm to 2050 sqm, which will help alleviate a critical supply shortage of new prime-grade office space in Brisbane’s CBD.
The A-Grade redevelopment will not only offer excellent Brisbane River and Story Bridge views, but will also offer a high level of tenant amenity and operational efficiency through 4-star Greenstar and an Australian Building Greenhouse Rating of 4.5.
