The 25,000m2 building will undergo an extensive upgrade to Property Council of Australia A-grade standard.
The 27 level building will emerge with a modern aluminium clad façade and a substantial entry statement in its foyer, as well as extensive upgrades to mechanical services, lifts and floor fitouts. The new ground floor will be enlivened with the introduction of tenant amenities including an a-la-carte restaurant, coffee shop, newsagent and ATM facilities.
The building will provide 85 basement tenant car parking spaces and be accessible by a variety of convenient public transport options with the northern inner city transport link at its doorstep. The refurbishment of Suncorp Plaza is expected to be completed by October 2007 and the building will be fully occupied upon completion.
