Construction has commenced on the first two of five stages of the master plan for Insight Commercial Park, to be constructed on the 8.5 hectare site at 547-593 Woolcock Street in Townsville.
The state of the art precinct, convenient to Townsville airport and enjoying good street access and a rail head, will be marketed as "Townsville's First Business Park".
Construction on the first two stages of 30 strata titled commercial units ranging in size from 190m2 to 1,290m2 is already 80% complete.
