St Hilliers Property has commenced construction of a 22,028 square metre warehouse development suitable for storage and distribution use.
The development, to be known as the Mcarthur Industrial Estate, will involve the construction of a facility comprising six warehouse units with ancillary office space at mezzanine level. Zoning of the facility provides for a wide range of uses and 24 hour operations with B-Double access. Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2007.
Macarthur Industrial Estate is located within the Smeaton Grange industrial precinct and is pproximately 55 km south west of Sydney's CBD. Smeaton Grange is within 4 km of the Narellan Road entry/exit and the Camden Valley Way allowing for good access to the City and connection to the M7 and Sydney’s orbital link roads.
