St Hilliers Property has commenced the major refurbishment of this prominent, 13 level commercial property located in the Melbourne CBD.
The property, which was acquired by St Hilliers for its Enhanced Property Fund No.3 in August 2007, has approximately 7,120 square metres of net lettable area.
