It is proposed to completely renovate the office levels of Minton House to a very high standard, which could be described as a Regency hotel / Club Art Deco feel.
The plan is to include a new decorative lift and to capitalise on the high ceilings to create a luxury standard within the complex. Each office will have its own kitchen module.
Under the awning all 15 shops will have new shop fronts and black granite surrounds and new shop signage.
